Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related social science field required.
• Minimum 3 years direct service experience; 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in crisis situations and applying state/federal standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision over Care Coordinators and Educator.
• Assist with intake, enrollment, outreach, and recruitment efforts.
• Provide training and technical support to staff.
• Make recommendations for disciplinary actions to the Director.
• Maintain records and reporting for compliance.
• Develop and ensure delivery of service plans in coordination with the team.
• Monitor staff productivity and conduct case audits.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the system per policy.
• Travel as needed; work within a multidisciplinary team.
