Job summary

Starting November 2026, the position involves data management, literature reviews, evaluation design, and collaboration with faculty, institutes, and external partners across NYU and SUNY through a national research initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years work experience in education, applied statistics, social sciences or a related field.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating across teams.
• Experience monitoring and evaluating intervention programs, especially related to education.
• Experience managing and analyzing large datasets and integrating quantitative with qualitative findings.
• Experience using programming (e.g., R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to create dashboards and reports.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental scans and literature reviews; synthesize learning.
• Draft and support implementation of evaluation frameworks for pre-evaluation activities.
• Interface with pilots, advisors, and leadership on data collection and analysis.
• Manage and analyze large data sets in service of evaluation pilots.
• Coordinate meetings, peer learning, and special events, virtual and in-person.
• Produce briefs, progress reports, and executive presentations.
• Support development through grant writing and collateral materials.
