  • Strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and use of data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Experience supervising professional staff and managing program budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for cohort scholar programs and special projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage operational logistics and communications.
  • Support assessment, reporting, and continuous program improvement across portfolios.
  • Serve as a primary connector across teams during staffing transitions and priorities shifts.
