Job summary

New York University seeks a Program Manager to advance the AI Institute's educational initiatives and partner programs in New York. You will manage workshops, events, and AI-driven curricula, and serve as a key ambassador to NYU schools to implement innovative curricula.

You will oversee internal and external partnerships, develop partner events, lead program execution, manage data and content workflows, and foster collaboration with faculty across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred in Education, CS, Engineering, MBA, or related fields.
• 5+ years of administration, education, management, and events planning experience.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and autonomous work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe) and social media platforms; ability to learn other software.
