Job summary

You will work with faculty and staff across disciplines, assisting with scheduling, data collection, and grants-related activities while demonstrating maturity, independence, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of related office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong proofreading and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 45 net words per minute.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Coordinating – organize schedules, set up meetings, with logistics and notes.
• Project/Program Support – manage data collection databases and tracking.
• Clerical Support – basic office duties like data entry, emails, supplies.
• Purchasing and Accounts Payable – processing invoices and reimbursements.
• Grants – assist with grant applications/proposals and progress reports.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as required.
