What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure program deliverables are met and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee the execution of program deliverables, ensuring performance expectations are exceeded
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and optimize programs
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to inside sales or account representatives
- Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred
- Strong preference for candidates residing in Eastern or Central time zones

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Market Access experience is strongly preferred
- Experience interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings (overnight and/or weekends)
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms
