What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee strategic client relationships and lead remote sales and account management teams
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to meet program deliverables
- Monitor program performance and develop actionable strategies for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to inside sales representatives to achieve performance objectives
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership and client management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Market Access experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing talent
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
