What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure program deliverables are met and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee the execution of program deliverables, ensuring performance expectations are met or exceeded
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase program performance and optimization opportunities
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to sales or account representatives to achieve performance objectives
- Prepare reports for leadership and clients, including performance summaries and actionable insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Strong preference for candidates residing in Eastern or Central time zones

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Market Access experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
