What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring program deliverables are met
- Oversee execution of program deliverables and monitor sales performance
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sharing program metrics and insights
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to inside sales or account representatives
- Prepare reports for leadership and client management, including performance summaries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Market Access experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing talent
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in the pharmaceutical industry
