What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure program deliverables are met and explore growth opportunities
- Oversee the execution of program deliverables, ensuring sales teams meet or exceed performance expectations
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for optimization
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to team members to achieve performance objectives
- Prepare reports for leadership and clients, providing data-driven insights for decision-making and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings
