What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee strategic client relationships and manage multiple contracted sales programs simultaneously
- Lead high-performing remote sales and account management teams to achieve program deliverables
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client management, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and support
- Monitor program results and develop actionable strategies for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Experience managing remote teams and strong preference for candidates with market access experience
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings as needed
