What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure program deliverables are met
- Oversee execution of program deliverables, ensuring performance expectations are exceeded
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate program value
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to inside sales or account representatives
- Monitor and report on program results, including sales performance and operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings as required

- Experience managing remote teams
- Market Access experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain high-performing talent
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
