Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead last mile initiatives within the Amazon Flex ecosystem. You will partner with finance, operations, engineering, and product teams to design scalable processes, build dashboards, and drive measurable improvements across delivery partner programs.

Travel may be required up to 25%. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
Experience collaborating with both tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering and program management on process improvements.
Develop and oversee reports to track milestones and performance.
Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
Own KPIs and work with stakeholders to implement quick and long-term improvements.
Monitor project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks to prevent escalation.
