Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, Texas, seeks a program manager to own end-to-end delivery operations improvements for the Flex FISX program. You will partner with finance, marketing, capacity, operations, engineering, and PM teams to launch and monitor initiatives that enhance quality and efficiency.

Travel up to 25% while staying focused in ambiguity. You will build dashboards, track milestones, and drive data-driven solutions that meet deadlines and deliver measurable impact for DPs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee reports with clear milestones and performance visibility.
• Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
