Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for New Delivery Modes within Amazon Flex in Bellevue, WA. This role focuses on inputs to long-term strategy and owning planning, execution, and delivery of high‑impact programs as we experiment with new transportation modes.

You will collaborate with product managers, regional teams, and cross-functional partners across operations, legal, policy, tech, and marketing to operationalize ideas and measure success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Experience in last mile logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs as we experiment with new modes of transportation and operating models in countries where Amazon Flex operates.
• Collaborate with product managers and partner teams across business, operations, legal, policy, marketing, and regional teams to operationalize ideas.
• Create operational business plans that deliver high-quality experiences for Delivery Partners and streamline testing and launching of new offers.
• Define success metrics and influence product roadmaps.
• Communicate results to senior leadership and drive critical decisions in fast-paced environments.
