Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (BOSS). You will own strategy to improve the cost and quality of Flex Delivery, collaborating with finance, data science, and engineering to drive end-to-end improvements for hundreds of thousands of Delivery Partners.

The role requires strong program management experience, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Masters degree or MBA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launches.
• Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
• Make resource trade-offs and align senior leadership on inputs and priorities.
• Own KPIs and work with the business to address day-to-day opportunities and pain points.
• Monitor project execution to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
