Amazon is seeking a Flex Program Manager for the Flex In-Station Experience (FISX) within AMZL to lead end-to-end initiatives across DP pickup, station operations, and process improvements. You will build cross-functional partnerships, define metrics, and scale levers that drive quality, efficiency, and predictable delivery experiences for Delivery Partners, customers, and operators.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Aufgaben

• Support long-term strategic planning to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee reports, ensuring clear visibility of project milestones and performance.
• Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization.
• Be responsible for key performance indicators and work closely with stakeholders to understand everyday opportunities and challenges to implement short and long-term solutions.
• Monitor the execution of projects and ensure that the delivery is at the appropriate quality level and in compliance with the expected deadline.
• Navigate and resolve ambiguities by applying creative problem-solving skills.
• Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from becoming larger problems.
