Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Amazon Flex team in the United States. You will design and run evaluation and enforcement frameworks for delivery partners at scale, improving guidance, history surfacing, and corrective actions across the network.

You will partner with Operations, Legal, and senior leadership to drive tech enhancements, policy changes, and governance. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and scalable, cross-functional program delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with impact across orgs to deliver results.
• Establish scalable evaluation mechanisms for service levels, quality metrics and mitigation.
• Analyze defect data to identify root causes and reduce repeats.
• Define program mission, set objectives, and drive data-backed improvements.
• Prioritize projects with stakeholders, allocate resources, and mitigate risks early.
• Close gaps between teams, processes, and systems to reduce failure exposure.
• Write and present updates to Directors and VPs and manage escalations.
