Responsibilities

• Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvements.
• Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
• Make resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
• Own KPIs and work with the business to identify opportunities for short- and long-term solutions.
• Monitor project execution to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
