Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (BOSS) to own strategy and initiatives around improving the cost and quality of Flex Delivery. You will work with technology, operations, and marketing to deliver scalable improvements across hundreds of thousands of delivery partners.

The role requires leading data-driven analysis, identifying barriers, and implementing standards while balancing business needs and customer and partner experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launches.
• Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
• Make resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
• Own KPIs and address day-to-day opportunities to implement short and long-term solutions.
• Monitor project execution to ensure quality and target dates.
