Job summary

Amazon is building a world-class last mile operation and seeks a seasoned program manager to own the roadmap for improving Flex business metrics and to collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on strategic initiatives.

You will influence stakeholders, manage trade-offs, and align senior leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
• Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization
• Make difficult resource trade-offs and align Director and senior-level leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
• Own key performance indicators and work closely with the business to understand day to day opportunities and pain points in order to implement short term and long term solves.
• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate level of quality and in line with its target date.
