Zoom is seeking a Program Manager, Customer Advocacy to lead end-to-end customer review strategies across Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and G2. You will transform customer evidence into market proof, shaping narratives and enabling sales with strategic reviews.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B technology marketing with focused experience in customer advocacy or analyst relations.
Experience managing Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius with metrics.
Strong organization and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven with ability to report program performance to leadership.
Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and reference management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer review strategy across Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and G2.
Own customer review calendar aligned with analyst cycles.
Drive AI visibility and marketing narratives through reviews.
Manage presence on review platforms with accuracy and strategic positioning.
Support analyst evaluations with high-quality customer references.
Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Digital teams to promote reviews.
Partner with vendors to transform reviews into a content engine.
Identify growth opportunities by integrating reviews into internal AI search and focus markets.
