Job summary

This mid-level leadership role partners with the Director of Programs, coordinates with internal teams and external agencies, and ensures trauma-informed, client-centered services while managing schedules and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit or human services.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and improving programs.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program quality and service improvement.
• Lead frontline staff and provide regular feedback and development.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure trauma-informed, client-centered services.
• Maintain staffing plans and ensure clear staff roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive data-informed improvements.
• Represent the program to funders and partner agencies.
