Job summary

Save the Family in Maricopa County is seeking a Direct Services Manager responsible for overseeing case management and ensuring the quality of programming for eligible families. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, experience in Rapid Rehousing, and strong interpersonal skills. This role involves training staff and managing program data while ensuring compliance with grant funding.

Candidates must have a valid Arizona driver’s license, be able to work flexible hours, and demonstrate a commitment to community diversity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in Rapid Rehousing and landlord training required.
• Social Service experience required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Familiarity with HMIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of programming and case management.
• Train and support Case Managers in their roles.
• Manage programmatic and client-level data.
• Ensure grant compliance for program funding.
• Attend and facilitate weekly team meetings.
