Job summary

A New Leaf seeks a Program Manager to provide leadership for supportive services at Thunderbird Apartments and the Phoenix Master Lease Program. You will supervise staff, ensure quality resident services, and drive housing stability outcomes while ensuring compliance with agency and funding requirements.

The role requires strong leadership across multiple locations, collaboration with internal departments, landlords, and community partners to advance the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory/management experience (4+ years).
• Experience in housing stability, homelessness, or related services is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supportive services operations for Thunderbird Apartments and the Phoenix Master Lease Program.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate supportive services staff across Thunderbird Apartments and the Phoenix Master Lease Program.
• Establish performance expectations, provide coaching, and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate staff schedules, caseloads, and workload to ensure service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, funding regulations, and program standards.
• Monitor program performance and housing stability outcomes; implement improvements as needed.
• Review service documentation, assessments, and housing outcomes for accuracy and timeliness.
