Shalva Haven LLC in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a passionate Program Director to lead and grow our community programs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality care and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of program leadership, strong budgeting and regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to partnerships with local organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in program management or leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and multi-faceted program operations.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and best practices in program administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations or in a residential/community-based setting is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all program operations and services.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to program staff and team members.
• Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and funding sources.
• Ensure programs meet all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Track program outcomes and prepare reports for leadership and funders.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
