Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Director, IDD Services in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage day-to-day operations of multiple programs, coordinate direct supports, and ensure person-centered planning and regulatory compliance.

Lead program staff, oversee staffing and supervision, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This full-time role offers salary between $50,000 and $55,000 plus full benefits, PTO, 401(k), and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• State requirements or as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs in a community setting.
• Coordinate direct supports, person-centered planning, and health care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and stakeholder relations.
• Recruit, retain, train staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
