Pueblo Community College's Pueblo Corporate College seeks a Coordinator, Workforce and Community Training to lead and deliver customized workforce training programs. Qualifications

• Associate degree required, or a high school diploma with four years of project management experience.
• At least two years of related professional experience in project management.

Responsabilités

• Manage customized training projects for Southwest Colorado, including client meetings, proposals, cost analysis, resource scheduling, invoicing and tracking.
• Coordinate delivery of COPERR-funded construction training programs, including participant recruitment.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure high-quality training and curriculum alignment.
• Develop relationships with employers to assess training needs and workforce development goals.
• Prepare narrative reports to ensure grant compliance and monitor program participation.
