Qualifications

• Designs and develops educational programs for businesses and individuals.
• Requires scheduling and coordinating course timing and locations.
• Uses tracking systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Evaluates available instructors for programs; selects instructors for hire.
• Maintains program budgets; monitors fees and prepares financial reports.
• Initiates invoices and analyzes financial records for reports.
• Coordinates program assessment and evaluation for effectiveness.
• Assists with marketing; creates copy and coordinates marketing materials.
• Coordinates registration processes and solves problems with scheduling and room assignments.
• Coordinates outreach events to promote economic workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops educational programs for businesses and individuals.
• Schedules courses and coordinates content with training needs.
• Utilizes tracking system to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Evaluates available sources of instructors for programs; selects and recommends instructors for hire.
• Maintains all fiscal information relating to programs; prepares program budget and monitors budget.
• Initiates invoices and prepares financial records for reports.
• Coordinates program assessment and evaluation to determine effectiveness; follows up with improvements.
• Assists with marketing and development of marketing materials; coordinates production.
• Coordinates registration processes and attends programs to solve scheduling issues.
• Coordinates outreach events to promote workforce development projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Ability to work additional hours, as needed.
