Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in training-program development and implementation.
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license at the time of hire and for the duration of the appointment.
• Preferred: experience in both education and private industry.
• Preferred: ability to integrate technology into training.

Aufgaben

• Works with community, business, industry, and nonprofit partners to identify and prioritize educational needs.
• Serves as liaison with the tri-county Working Solutions Offices.
• Develops and manages lectures, symposia, and CCED-sponsored courses/programs.
• Recruits instructors and tracks course progress to support success.
• Collaborates with Deans, senior staff, faculty, and internal/external colleagues.
• Coordinates workforce development and community growth projects.
• Monitors program performance and adjusts for continuous improvement.
• Maintains databases, generates reports, and submits annual objectives/business plan.
• Supervises classified staff; performs other duties as assigned.
