Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in developing training programs.
• Experience in manufacturing industry and related training program development.
• Knowledge of building and managing educational programs; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and promote inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, implement, deliver, and monitor occupational advanced training opportunities throughout the service area.
• Conduct training needs analyses, develop proposals, secure resources, and lead contracts with companies.
• Coordinate training delivery with area organizations to meet market needs and ensure effective instruction.
• Write contracts, grants, and reports to support the programmatic strategic plan.
• Assess programs and implement policy/content changes to improve student learning and compliance.
