Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in workforce development, training, sales management, or related field OR a bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal workforce development systems and related programs.
• Demonstrated history of sales/revenue growth, budget management, and/or continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships across industries and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CTCE department.
• Oversee short-term training programs, micro-credentials, and non-credit offerings.
• Build industry partnerships and interpret labor market trends.
• Manage budgets, supervise staff, and lead outreach to enhance visibility.
