Job summary

Draper is a nonprofit research organization in Cambridge, MA, seeking a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support program financials, performance metrics, and reporting for national defense contracts. You will work with CAMs, PMs, and schedulers to ensure on-time, on-budget program execution using EVMS and related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management and EVMS principles.
• Understanding of DoD contracting and program finance controls.
• Familiarity with CAS/FAR/DFARS and government accounting standards.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition in defense programs.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate cost/schedule performance using EVMS.
• Support baseline development and WBS/charge numbers for programs.
• Update programs in Cobra or ERP systems and communicate changes.
• Analyze variances to budget and support recovery plans.
• Prepare EAC and time-phased forecasts for program planning and reporting.
• Produce PMR and QBR inputs and manage customer invoicing and receivables.
• Highlight funding status and implications for program funding.
