Job summary

Draper, an independent nonprofit research and development organization, is seeking a Program Finance Analyst 2 to act as the business partner for internal and external customers, ensuring financial acumen, accuracy, and dedicated support to execute significant contracts in support of national defense.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master's preferred.
3-5 years of related program finance or DoD contract experience.
Knowledge of EVMS and Earned Value management principles.

Responsibilities

Provide timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
Support baseline development activities and WBS creation.
Maintain EAC process and time-phased estimates; support EAC packages.
Analyze variances to budget and assist with recovery plans.
Provide PMR/QBR inputs and communicate program finances to management.
Handle invoicing and collection of receivables; track funding status.
