Job summary

Draper is seeking a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support finance for national defense programs from Cambridge, MA. The role emphasizes EVMS-based cost and schedule reporting, baseline maintenance, and EAC processing to enable accurate program financial planning.

You will develop time-phased plans, provide variance analyses, and deliver PMR/QBR inputs while ensuring timely invoicing and receivables. A Secret clearance is required and prior DoD contract experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of Analyst or related experience.
• Security clearance: current in-scope Secret required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and DoD contracts.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using EVMS.
• Support baseline development and WBS/charge numbers as needed.
• Produce variance analyses and recovery plans.
• Monitor program financials, including EAC and funding status.
• Prepare inputs for PMRs and QBRs and manage invoicing/receivables.
• Maintain program-level time-phased revenue and cost plans.
