Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of Analyst or related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and program financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
• Supports baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS.
• Provides analysis and reports on variances to budget and assists with recovery plans.
• Prepares EACs and time-phased estimates to complete updates for PMRs and QBRs.
• Manages invoicing and collection of customer receivables.
• Communicates status of program financials and funding.
