Job summary

Draper, a nonprofit R&D organization in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support budgeting, scheduling, and earned value management for national defense programs. You will develop baselines, establish WBS and charge numbers, and provide performance metrics using EVMS in collaboration with PMs and CAMs.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and familiarity with DoD regulations (FAR/CAS/DFARS).

Qualifications

• Experience applying EVMS to program performance.
• Knowledge of DoD contracting rules (FAR/CAS/DFARS).
• Ability to develop baselines, WBS, and charge numbers.
• Experience with earned value and related financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely metrics on schedule and cost using EVMS.
• Support baseline development and WBS creation.
• Update programs with/without EV requirements in ERP or Cobra.
• Analyze variances and assist with recovery plans.
• Analyze risks and opportunities to baseline cost and EAC.
• Maintain Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers).
• Complete EAC process and time-phased updates.
• Support program financial planning and reporting.
• Provide invoicing and collection of receivables.
• Communicate status of funding and disposition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
