Job summary

Draper is seeking a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support program finance for national defense contracts. You will provide timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using EVMS, assist with baseline development and WBS, and maintain accurate EAC forecasts.

Role requires DoD program controls knowledge, experience with FPIF/CPFF/CPIF/CPFF contracts, and strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills. Security clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management and EVMS-based reporting.
• Familiarity with DoD program controls and applicable regulations (FAR/CAR/DFARS).
• Understanding of government contracting: CPFF, CPIF, FPIF, FFP, T&M.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using EVMS or related methods.
• Support baseline development, charge numbers, and WBS for programs.
• Update programs in ERP/Cobra and communicate variances and recovery plans.
• Analyze variances to budget, support EAC packaging and planning.
• Develop and monitor time-phased program forecasts and revenue views.
• Prepare inputs for PMRs and QBRs and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
