Job summary

Draper is seeking a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support program finance, performance reporting, and budgeting for national defense contracts. You will ensure accuracy and timely metrics using Earned Value and related processes, collaborating with program managers and CAMs to meet objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of analyst experience, a degree in accounting/finance, and security clearance readiness. Base salary reflects a broad US range, with extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with government contracts and EVMS is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely metrics on cost/schedule performance using EVMS.
• Support baseline development and WBS/charge numbers.
• Generate variance analyses and recovery plans as needed.
• Develop time-phased plans for revenue forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare EAC and related reporting for PMRs and QBRs.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
• Communicate program financial status and funding implications.
