Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field; Designated Manager status per MN 245D.
• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field.
• Valid United States driver’s license with vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to lift and transfer and transport persons served in the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programs for individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs.
• Balance direct care with supervisory duties across programs.
• Ensure staffing meets Dungarvin standards and provides orientation and training.
• Oversee on-call obligations and flexible scheduling to meet program needs.
