Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to oversee and coordinate residential and/or day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role combines direct care with supervisory duties and requires guiding program operations and staff.

The position emphasizes program management, training, and ensuring goals are met while maintaining compliance and a collaborative work environment. A bachelor's degree in human services and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• Minimum 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Minimum 2 years management experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and program coordination including orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor all aspects of the program including goals and plans and implementation.
• Coordinate and manage operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects through site leadership.
