Dungarvin is seeking an Operational Program Director (245D Designated Manager) to lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID/DD, mental health, and medical needs in the Washington/Ramsey County, MN area. This role blends direct care with supervisory responsibilities to ensure high-quality supports.

The position offers a starting salary around $65,000–$66,787 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth through a dedicated training department.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field.
• Must hold a valid United States driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle background.
• Must be able to complete personal cares and lift and transfer.
• Must be able to transport persons served in the community.
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs and autism spectrum.
• Blend direct care with supervisory duties to ensure quality supports.
• Ensure staff meet employment conditions and are properly oriented and trained.
