Dungarvin, Inc is seeking an Operational Program Director to lead programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Washington/Ramsey County, MN area. The role blends direct care with supervision and requires managing shifts, staff training, and regulatory compliance.

This full-time position includes a $65,000–$66,788 annual base salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field.
• Valid United States Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle background.
• Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and transfer and perform personal cares.
• Be able to transport persons served in the community.
• Good decision-making and communication skills; flexible.
• Must be at least 18 (some programs require 21).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program operations for persons with ID, DD, mental health, medical needs, or Autism.
• Blend direct care with supervisory duties across programs.
• Ensure shifts are filled by adequately oriented staff and on-call coverage is provided.
