Dungarvin is currently seeking an Operational Program Director to lead programs in the Washington/Ramsey County, MN area. This role blends direct care with supervisory responsibilities for individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs, and autism, within a mission-driven organization.

The OPD requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in human services and the 245D Designated Manager qualifications, with a valid US driver’s license and transport capability.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience supervising staff in human services.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle background.
• Must be able to perform personal cares and lift/transfer.
• Able to transport persons served in the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs, or autism.
• Balance direct care with supervisory duties and staff development.
• Be on-call to handle emergencies and schedule adjustments.
• Ensure shifts are staffed with trained employees per policy.
