Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field.
• Valid United States Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle background check.
• Must be able to lift and transfer.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, some programs require at least 21 years of age per MN requirements for children foster care licensed programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programs for persons with ID, DD, Mental Health, medical needs and autism spectrum.
• Balance direct care with supervisory duties.
• Ensure shifts are staffed by qualified employees.
• Occasionally perform direct service up to 16 hours per week; notify supervisor for schedule changes.
