Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) serving individuals with developmental disabilities, combining direct care and supervisory duties. You'll lead personnel management, program coordination, and ensure smooth operations across medical, financial, and maintenance aspects, while fostering a person-centered approach.

Typical schedule is Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with on-call flexibility; requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, IDD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience working with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with development disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and program coordination including orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor all aspects of the program including developing individual goals and plans.
• Coordinate and manage operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects via site designee.
