Job summary

Dungarvin inc in Minnesota is seeking an Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager to lead programs for individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs and autism across the Washington/Ramsey County area.

This full-time role combines direct care with supervision, requiring at least 3 years of supervisory experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to transport and assist clients. A $5,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field per requirements from 245D Designated Manager qualifications.
• Valid United States Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle background check per Dungarvin, Inc’s policy.
• Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to complete personal cares and be able to lift and transfer.
• Be able to transport persons served in the community.
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible and flexible.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, some programs require at least 21 years of age per MN requirements for children foster care licensed programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall programs serving individuals with ID, DD, or mental health needs.
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties; ensure staff coverage and orientation per policy.
• Manage scheduling, on-call coverage, and program operations across MN area.
• Limit direct service to up to 16 hours per week unless approved by supervisor; report deviations as required.
• Ensure compliance with 245D Designated Manager qualifications and company policies.
