Own analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, KPIs).
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executives.
Communicate program impact to market leaders and executives.
Collaborate with EMR product, analytics, and Clinical teams to define metrics.
Define product feature specifications with clinical and product teams.
Manage ad hoc projects for BH leadership and strategic initiatives.
