Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional translation between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience developing and validating performance dashboards with metric definitions.
• Strong collaboration, EQ, and ability to steward cross-stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, KPIs).
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to measure program performance and support leadership reporting.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Partner with EMR product team and analytics to define metrics and data integrations.
• Own business partnership and design inputs for technical products supporting Tandem Care.
• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director as needed.
