CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care program operations and strategy at The Villages, FL. You will work with the National Director of BH Strategy and Operations and the Tandem Care Medical Director to drive performance and future-state planning.

You will own analytics, dashboards, and reporting, collaborating with clinical and product teams to define metrics, improve care delivery, and enable executive-level insights across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work).
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics.
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation between clinical leadership and product development.
• Experience building performance dashboards and defining metric definitions.
• Excellent collaboration and high EQ; ability to connect stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance and executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with EMR product team and analytics to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
• Define product feature specifications and support delivery with PCO clinicians.
